CAPERNWRAY HALL LANCASHIRE

LOCATION:
70 miles north of Manchester, 3 miles from Junction 35 on the M6.

INFORMATION:
Capernwray Hall is a 19th century mansion set in 175 acres of parkland just south of England's famous Lake District. Some 70 miles to the north is the Scottish border and to the east are the Yorkshire Dales, with their beautiful waterfalls and rugged crags. For over 50 years Capernwray Hall has been offering holidays and weekend conferences, as well as the Bible School, accommodating up to 180 guests and students.

France - Champfleuri

CHAMPFLEURI LE CHAMP PRES FROGES

LOCATION:
25 Km northeast of Grenoble, one and a half hours from Lyon and Geneva and three hours from Marseille and the Mediterranean.

INFORMATION:
"DEFI" (Discipulat: Ecole de Formation biblique Internationale) is a short-term, French-speaking Bible School situated in the Belledonne Mountain Chain in the Alps. In summer our guests can choose panoramic hikes in any of the three Alps. In summer our guests can choose panoramic hikes in any of the three mountain chains around Grenoble and in winter our ski enthusiasts have a short 15 minute drive to the nearest ski resort. The centre can accommodate 98 in our dormitories and groups up to 150 in our meeting hall.

Germany - Klostermuhle

KLOSTERMÜHLE OBERNHOF

LOCATION:
Between Frankfurt and Cologne - 100 Km from Cologne/Bonn, 80 Km from Frankfurt.

INFORMATION:
In the center of Germany, not far from the city of Frankfurt in the beautiful Rhine valley, is Klostermühle Bible School and Centre for camps, conferences and confirmation class retreats. Klostermühle offers room for studies and quietness and is a great place for hiking, biking, canoeing and other sport activities. The centre is able to accommodate 130 guests.

Germany- Bodenseehof Friedrichshafen

7 Km west of Friedrichshafen, on the B31, Ziegelstr. 15, 88048 Friedrichshafen

INFORMATION:
Situated on the shores of Lake Constance, Bodenseehof offers a scenic panorama of the Swiss Alps with a view into Austria on a clear day. The Bodensee is an attractive starting point for cyclists, hikers, boaters and those interested in European history. With 100 beds available we are able to accept groups or individuals for our Conferences and Bible School.

Austria - Schloss Klaus

SCHLOSS KLAUS KLAUS

LOCATION:
70 Km south of Linz, 130 Km east of Salzburg; the village of Klaus is located on the B138 road/A9 motorway between Wels and Graz.

INFORMATION:
Situated on the eastern edge of the Salzkammergut region (near Salzburg) at the gateway to the "Totes Gebirge" massif, the district around Schloss Klaus is one of great scenic beauty, with far-flung tracts of woodland, lovely valleys and picturesque villages. Schloss Klaus is an old sentry-walk with battlements, towers, and vaults all rebuilt from that which was left of an old fortress dating from the 11th century and a once-derelict 16th century castle. The original character of the castle has been preserved and lovingly combined with new facilities and cosy rooms to make it a place of warmth and "Gemütlichkeit". Now complete with its recently rebuilt fortress, Schloss Klaus can provide accommodation for 150 guests.

Austria - Tauernhof

TAUERNHOF SCHLADMING

LOCATION:
Located about 70 Km southeast of Salzburg, the "Sound of Music" city. It is only a three-hour drive from the major cities of Vienna and Munich.

INFORMATION:
Schladming lies between the majestic Tauern and Dachstein mountain ranges in the Austrian Alps. This picturesque resort town is one of the biggest ski-resorts in Europe, and the centre borders the base of a World Cup ski area. Tauernhof offers a warm personal atmosphere for 70 guests and students. Our desire is to promote the growth of the Christian as a whole person – spiritually, mentally and physically – while enjoying the breath-taking beauty of God's creation.

Albania - Udhekryq Crossroads

UDHËKRYQ – CROSSROADS ERSEKA

LOCATION:
Erseka, Albania is in the middle of south-central Europe, five hours from Thessalonica, Greece, which is an overnight ferry ride from Italy.

INFORMATION:
Torchbearers–Albania (named "Crossroads") is one kilometer closer to heaven. Crossroads is located at the base of the beautiful Gramoz Mountains that border Greece. Erseka is a small, well-organized town in the southeast corner of this former communist country. The six-month Bible School starts in September and all lessons are in both English and Albanian.

Spain - Chalet Rio Vida

LOCATION:
3 Km outside of El Campello, located 10 Km north of the city of Alicante, Caminode Marco 22. Alicante is about 200 Km south-east of Madrid and about 500 Km south of Barcelona.

INFORMATION:
Located on the beautiful south eastern Costa Blanca coast of Spain, Alicante is a popular vacation and holiday city. The mild weather, beautiful beaches and imposing mountains make this area of Spain appealing to everyone, not to mention the over 300 days of sunshine each year. Río Vida operates a short term Bible School as well as international conferences and retreats. We can accommodate up to 30 guests.

Greece - Kingfisher Project

(KINGFISHER PROJECT) PIERIA

LOCATION:
Easy access by car, train or bus. Located 100 Km south of Thessalonica along the motorway to Athens. We're right on the beach in the resort town of Leptokarya with mythical Mount Olympus as a backdrop minutes away.

INFORMATION:
Come to Greece to find peaks to conquer, islands to explore, and classical Biblical sites that bring history to life and another perspective on God's Word. The Retreat and Training Centre offers training programs as well as rest & refreshment for body, soul & spirit. Catering for up to 60 guests, it is an ideal place for contemplation as one gazes out over the sea from a verandah, strolls in the forest, or just sails away across the Greek Aegean sea aboard the "Genevieve Challenge", a 90-foot traditional gaff rigged schooner.

Romania - Purtatorii De Faclie

LOCATION:
Office: in Brasov, a city in the center of the country, about 150 Km north of Bucharest. Future center: 20 Km south of Brasov, near the city of Rasnov.

INFORMATION:
The future center of "Purtatorii de Faclie" is beginning to take shape in the northern foothills of Bucegi Mountains. In the centre of the country, easily accessible and surrounded by mountains, castles and ski resorts, it is an ideal place for vacations, outdoor programs and church retreats. The closeness to the city of Brasov allows outreaches to the local churches. Construction will begin in 2005 with a planned capacity of 60 people and staff.

Sweden - Holsby Brunn

Halfway between Stockholm, Sweden and Copenhagen, Denmark (approx. 350 Km from either city). We are 8 Km east of Vetlanda on highway 127.

INFORMATION:
Nestled in the forests of Southern Sweden, Holsby Brunn Bible School and Conference Centre offers a setting where one can be still and know that He is God. The traditional rustic architecture of a once renowned health spa offers accommodation for up to 110 guests. In addition to our on-site challenge course and recreation facilities, the local surroundings provide opportunity for outdoor activities and the experience of Swedish culture.
