10 week Course @ BML

BML stands for Business, Ministry, Leadership and is a new course we are running to teach Bible based business principles. Basically we are looking at how to be professional in the things we do (whether work, church, ministry) but also how to maintain integrity and not be overly influenced by a world that has all but rejected God.

We will specifically be looking at the following:

•  Apologetics and scriptural integrity
•  Business models in scripture
•  What the Bible says about Management, Marketing, Money & Leadership
•  Ministry in the workplace
•  Professionalism in ministry 

In 2009 the new BML (Business Ministry Leadership) programme was established to offer Bible-based business training for our students. The 10 week BML course runs from October to December and will enable us to cover more than in the 4 week course plus we will have the luxury of being able to delve deeper in to specific areas of interest.

Taking 10 weeks out to reassess your priorities and focus on your relationship with the Lord Jesus is something that our students would recommend to anyone thinking of attending BML.

Our Monavale campus has accommodation available for 64 student beds, arranged in 2 separate accommodation blocks, with each block containing 8 individual student rooms. Each room provides accommodation for between 2 - 4 students (all of same gender) with 2 sets of bunk-beds. Each room has own toilet and shower facilities.

Why BML?
The Bible is packed with wisdom and advice for healthy living including business management, finance, marketing and Church leadership. We aim to parallel these truths alongside the World’s offerings and explore the differences in a healthy but challenging way.

So the objective of the BML course is not to train students to be super-Christian businessmen & women (by the world’s standards anyway) but rather to help shape them into Christ-centred, motivated, professionals that ooze integrity and that see success as being honourable and faithful to their Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, in whatever work they do whether it be Business, Ministry or Leadership.
